TeamFitness: Workout Tips for today

              Change the things that you have the power to change. No one can do it better than you. Do it now. Stop waiting on the perfect moment. Every little bit counts. Doing something is always better than doing nothing at all.
FitnessTip Do squats & deadlifts to build your abs. these 2 exercises force your ab muscles to do work to maintain your posture.
FitnessTip Want to flatten your Stomach? Pull your belly button toward ur spine and hold for 10 secs while breathing normally. Repeat 5Xs.
FitnessTip Between sets, take 20 to 30 seconds to stretch the muscle you just worked.

Today’s Workout
4X 30 Squats
4X 15 Half Push Up
4X 25 Lunges
4X 30 Basic Crunch
4min Jump Rope (Use a stop watch to time yourself)
2X 30 Jumping Jacks
